Hi,

According to the DSP6416T-DATASHEET, after the RESET signal is pulled high, there are still 16070p delay before the ECLKOUT1 is valid. And I want to know whether the operation on the EMIFA has effect before the ECLKOUT1 is valid. Thanks a lot.

    During the delay period the C6414T is still in an internal reset state.  The EMIFA can't be used during this state and can't be used until it is programmed by the boot code.  The device will boot from either HPI or EMIFB so the delay of the output of AECLKOUT1 shouldn't have any effect.
