What document are you referring to? I looked at Advantech's EVM documentation and I'm not finding the NL/0 you're speaking of. Can you at least cut and paste the text around this so it's put into context?

The document is the schematic document. You can download from http://www.advantech.com/Support/TI-EVM/6678le_sd.aspx EVM Schematics PDF.
I believe that NL/# is general nomenclature for a non-inductive component (it could be a resistor or cap) and the # being it's Ohm/F.

I assumed it meant that the component wasn't fitted.
And the # is the value.
