Xingyu,

The USB subsystem contains a single USB3.0 controller to support Super Speed (SS) and a USB2.0 PHY module integrated. For SS, it uses the SERDES pins available in either SERDES0 or SERDES4, but cannot use both SERDES.

I will also let our hardware colleague know about the schematic while you could also refer to the EVM for USB design.
