I realize that it is just for OMAP4, but can anyone tell me the planned date for TI to release source for it's port of Ice Cream to general availability?

For OMAP4 PandaBoard platform - Google's Android Opensource project (AOSP) has support for PandaBoard and you can follow the instructions at : http://source.android.com/source/building-devices.html

Hello,

01/30/12, http://omappedia.org/wiki/L27.IS.2.P1_OMAP4_Icecream_Sandwich_Release_Notes - does not work on the Blaze board, even though the latest manifest has been updated to address Blaze booting problems. The unit, when coming up, is extremely slow and non-responsive. A plethora of "[ 2179.978790] PVR_K: (MKT-197) 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000" like-messages are being displayed, instead.

Any idea when will it be fixed?

For Blaze please use the L27.IS.2p2 release: http://omapedia.org/wiki/L27.IS.2.P2_OMAP4_Icecream_Sandwich_Release_Notes, which was uploaded recently. Let us know if you see any issues.
