TMS320C6416: TMS320C6416

I cannot find that exact part number but the device family does not appear to be ROHS compliant 

Did you see the datasheet at the bottom. Part# TMS32C6416EGLZA5E0 but marking is TMS320C6416GLZ says  it's Non-Rohs and Green (Datasheet 2005).Base on this info I'm leaning towards "Non-Rohs". Please confirmed. 

Datasheet doesn't define "92" shows "VA"? is this the Lot Code?

Is there another datasheet I don't know about?

I have the SPRS146N May 2005 datasheet (from ti.com), which includes the 13-Dec-2024 Package Option Addendum. 

It does not show TMS32C6416EGLZA5E0 as an option, only TMS32C6416EGLZ7E3

I expect you have downloaded your datasheet earlier which has an older Package Option Addendum, hence the difference.

The report shows that the device is not RoHS compliant.

The silicon errata has package identification information in the Revision Identification section (1.2). However there is no definition for the VA markings.

Did you see the date code on this device? 38A6HZW, this is 2023 week 38. I just saw a PCN  20170404000 for this part#. updated in 2017 where TI has it under "Green" Rohs. Therefore, this is now Rohs. Ok so "92" must be for Internal use only. Let me know if you see this pcn and let me know your thoughts.
