Hi, Dear Expert

This thread is a concept clarification.

I want to choice some GPIO as Partial I/O wake up source.

So I think only these pins belong "VDDSHV_CANUART" power domain which support Partial I/O wake up trigger, Am I correct?

By the way, VDDSHV_CANUART must keep power supply even AM62x in the Partial I/O mode, Am I correct?

    This is correct.

    VDDSHV_CANUART shall be connected to an always on power sources when using Partial IO low power mode.

    VDD_CANUART shall be connected to an always on power source when using Partial IO low power mode.
