PROCESSOR-SDK-AM62X: How configure the UART from GPIO and GPIO from UART?

Hello TI team,

My application requirement is during application runtime the UART pin should be convert to GPIO for some functionality, and after that this particular pin must be again configure as a GPIO.

What is the step I should follow?

Is it what time of PinMux should be added in .dtsi file with respect to these scenario

What OS do you run on AM62x, Linux or FreeRTOS?

Sorry, I just noticed you mentioned dtsi file, so it should be running Linux.

The pin modes are controlled by PinMux, however, Linux only configures PinMux during the corresponding driver init route, it doesn't support changing pinmux at runtime.
