Can you please provide more details of the issue?

Which MCU+SDK version the customer is using?

Also tell us what is the priority of interrupt not getting disabled?

Do you mean that interrupt with specific priority are not getting disabled or any interrupt is not getting disabled after HwiP_disable API call?

Hi Tushar,

I'm facing an issue where HwiP_disable doesn't work to disable all interrupts.

MCU+SDK version: 09_02_00_38

Background: I'm trying to add protection for critical sections, so I called the FreeRTOS functions, taskENTER_CRITICAL_FROM_ISR() and taskENTER_CRITICAL().

Symptom: After calling either of these functions, I found that interrupts still trigger and are not disabled.

I came across a similar issue, and I created a timer myself, but I still can't disable its interrupt:

Here are the attempts I've made:

Changed the interrupt priority to the lowest (still, interrupts cannot be disabled)
