DM8148 speed grades and codec resolutions

My customer is asking for codecs and resolutions that can operate with the lower speed grades on DM8148. Do we have a mapping of codecs and resolutions that can be run at various HDVICP frequencies?

Is there a new external link for the CODECs? The above link does not work.

Are those docs in the DM816x/DM814x EZSDK 5.03.x already?

Or do you need to setup an NDA to get the codecs and documentation?
