Can you test using the API provided in the PDK CSL, CSL_GPIO_setPinDirOutput()?

There aren't instantaneous high level on PIN E19 and PIN E20 with the same configuration while power on Initialization.

The software configuration and register values look correct from the snippet you have provided.

When do you see the instantaneous high level? Is it immediately after CSL_REG32_WR() write to the GPIO_DIR23 register?

Could you try setting the GPIO registers before setting the padconfig registers to GPIO mode?

Hi expert，

The system boot mode is SBL.We can see the instantaneous high level in SBL Initialization. If I don't set direction of PIN B20 in SBL. There is the same phenomenon in MCU1_0 App Initialization.

I had tried to adjust the seqhence of padconfig and direction config,but it's invalid.

What do you mean by invalid? Setting the GPIO registers first should prevent this behavior as the Padconfig is not set yet.

Can you try setting the TX_DIS bit of the B20 padconfig register before configuring the GPIO registers. Then clear the TX_DIS bit afterwards. The TX_DIS bit turns off the IO buffer driver.
