We have implemented the following data link on TDA4VM:

Please help us understand:

How can we ensure that camera1 is always displayed on LCD1 and camera2 is always displayed on LCD2?

How does the software need to be implemented to achieve this?

Hi Barry,

Camera1 is essentially your virtual channel0 and in the capture node, it would be most likely channel0, so if you put it first in the super frame and then ask serialize to split it and send it on lcd1, it would work.

However, as shown in the link below:

camera1->chVcNum[1] --- display1_node;

camera2->chVcNum[2] --- display2_node;

How does chVcNum match display_node?

Please help us understand this doubt, looking forward to your reply.

Hi Barry,

The connection should be as shown below.

vcChNum0 -> Channel Num0 -> Display0 Node

vcChNum1 -> Channel Num1 -> Display1 Node

Hi Barry,

channel num0 is virtual channel specified in the array index 0 and so on.. You would need to create two display nodes in the application, display0 is the first display node..

I dont get what's bottom layer?
