DM3730: How to setup environment for ti-u-boot

Hi Ti support,

i got a Ti-u-boot source from ti-u-boot/ti-u-boot - This project will contain all publicly available source code for TI’s U-Boot offering. The contents of this project must be shareable and redistributable.

my server is ubuntu 18.04.

could you mind tell how to set-up the compiler environment, as i used the regular one, that i compiler u-boot 2018 success, it report err.

Hello,

Please note that DM3730 is a VERY old part. We can no longer provide software or hardware design support, as per the no support banner on the product page:

The last software releases that we put out for this part are on the product page here:
https://www.ti.com/product/DM3730#software-development

We have not tested this device with any versions of uboot since then.

If you are doing a new design and you would like us to be able to offer design support during your development cycle, I would suggest taking a look at a more recent part. If you need processor selection input from us, feel free to create a new e2e thread with your design careabouts, and we can point you towards processors that might be a good fit.
