We want to increase the operating temperature and power consumption of the chip as much as possible. Do you have any methods for this?

    You should run the device in the use-case that you are trying to emulate.

    However, it is certainly true that if you supply the core voltage (VDD_CORE) with 0.85V instead of 0.75V, this will raise the power.

    Additionally, since leakage power increases roughly logarithmically with temperature, if you run the device at elevated temperature, you will also increase the power.
