AM35xx IEEE MAC address can be used by end customer in MP stage?

Dear Sir,

As we know AM35xx platform is built in Ethernet MAC and TI already pre-programmed MAC address inside the chip, may I clarify this MAC address can be used by end customer for M.P. without pay $ to IEEE?
