Currently, we are working on brining up Autosar R30 Vector Package for AM62A.

We need to generate .arxml files to our TI MCAL modules using the McalIntegrationHelper tool so we need these two inputs from your side:

1- MCAL package (mcusw)

2- Tresos

2. EBtresos package and license is available at:

I have noticed you sent the mcusw for AM62X not for AM62A, do both of them have the same mcusw ?

Yes, all Sitara MPU devices are supported by a common MCAL SDK package.

Can you please tell me, which core does the drivers provided in mcusw should serve?

To be more specific, Should the CAN driver in mcusw work on MCU_R5FSS0_0 or WKUP_R5FSS0_0?

Hello Mohamed Anwar,

For AM62A (and all other Sitara devices except AM62x), the MCAL drivers support the MCU-R5 core and not WKUP-R5/DM-R5 core.

Only for AM62x, the MCAL is for WKUP-R5/DM-R5 as that is the only R5 core available (the MCU-M4 core will not be able to support Autosar efficiently).
