TMDS64EVM: How to raise a CPU exception

Hello TI support team.

For TMDS64EVM, I am using the mcu_plus_sdk_am64x_09_01_00_41 SDK.

I am using the hello_world project from a53ss0-0_nortos.

I would like to cause a CPU exception with CA53 and check the situation.
I am debugging using CCS and XDS110.
I would like to know an easy way to cause an Undefined Instruction Exception, SVC, or Prefetch Abort Exception, and if there are any sample code(*.c or asm), please let me know.
