AM3359: Impact of CLK_M_OSC clock stopping

Our customer wants to know an impact when CLK_M_OSC clock stops due to an oscillator failure or other reason, and also wants to know how to safely reduce the impact.

If the CLK_M_OSC clock stops, what is an impact?

When the CLK_M_OSC clock stops, do internal modules stop and do output pins hold last output state or are they in an indeterminate state?

CLK_RC32K clock is used for built-in Watchdog Timer.

Does the built-in Watchdog Timer continue to operate normally even after the CLK_M_OSC clock stops? Does Watchdog reset still work?

    If the CLK_M_OSC clock stops, should the AM335x be reset by an external circuit and then immediately powered off including all peripheral devices and circuits?

    If the AM335x does not have any protection features against the CLK_M_OSC clock stopping, our customer will implement countermeasures using external circuit.
