Can you try to install/create the SD card that you are using to boot?
Is this happening on a custom board or TI EVM?

It is an external nor flash, however i've tried to rebuild again , install and flash, the same issue occurs

Are you having an RTC on your custom board? The first suspicion is on the RTC.

As asked earlier is your use case impacted by this? Can you please double confirm?

From my side:
After checking the schematics and requirements, The RTC is used in the application, and the filtering capacitor is connected to the VOUT_LDOVRTC in PMIC TPS6594-Q1

Hello Taha,

This usually means that Linux system time is unable to sync with the hardware clocks like RTC.

Manually synchronize clocks using command line (Linux):

Run the command 'hwclock -w' to set the hardware clock to the current system time. 

Run the command 'hwclock -s' to set the system time to the hardware clock time.
