As per the AM62A TRM, the RTI module is available on AM62A devices.

So, the watchdog can be supported on the MCU Core.

Currently, in the MCU+SDK, we don't support this feature on MCU R5F core.

But, we have WDT support for the A53 core, and you need to do similar for MCC R5F core.

If you still face issues, please let me know.
