[FAQ] AM623: Package's PAD/SMO information needed.

and I would like to have same information for AM6234ATCGHAALW (i.e. ALW package).

Question#1: IC Pad type, is it SMD or NSMD?

Question#2: Assuming the answer#1 is SMD, Would you please provide the package's PAD size and SMO size with their tolerance?

Question #3: Assuming the answer#1 is SMD, and as my customer's PCB pad is SMD, Is "Recommended Package Interconnect Diameter to PCB Ratio" also "1:1 (Pkg SMO : PCB SMO)" like AM62A12AQMSIAMBRQ1?

Hello Mokkun,

Please refer below inputs.

Yes this device is SMD. Please see dimensions below. We do recommend a 1:1 SMO ratio. Do note we have our recommend land patterns for NSMD and SMD
in the datasheet ePOD as well.

Pad size = 300um
SMO = 250um

Please see below – this is on page 261 in the datasheet. At the bottom of the page, you can see NSMD (non-solder mask defined) and SMD (solder mask defined) recommendations.
