CCSTUDIO: Installer for ARM-Compiler V5.1.6 has encountered a problem and is not able to download an eclipse artifact

Dear Forum,

I would like to install the ARM-Compiler V5.1.6 via the CCS V5. Unfortunately the download-/ installation-process stops with the following message:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Problems downloading artifact: org.eclipse.update.feature,com.ti.cgt.c2000.5.1.win32,5.1.6.
Error reading signed content:C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\signatureFile3615136137326971508.jar
An error occurred while processing the signatures for the file: C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\signatureFile3615136137326971508.jar

Could someone imagine what the cause and solution/workaround for this issue could be?
