TDA4VH-Q1: Mux Mode [4] port assignment

Part Number: TDA4VH-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS3A27518E-Q1

Tool/software:

Debugging Diagnostics Traces

Hello team

I would like to know if the MUX MODE [4] can be changed "on the fly" or Jacinto would need to be flashed

here is the scenario

let say that for a "Instrumented" ECU I'll use Traces from TRC_DATA0 to TRC_DATA03 for debugging

after debugging / diagnostic the port used previously as Trace will be used as CAN signal, to switch signal I'm using a TS3A27518E-Q1 the COMM pin is connected to Jacinto NO and NC will switch between signals

To talk about a specific example:

Ball number Port

AF33 for debugging diagnostics it needs to be assigned as MUX Mode [4] = 10 TRC Data1

after that

AF33 port will be assigned as Mux Mode [4] = 0 MCAN13_TX

the question is:

Can it be done on the fly or 2 DTSI files should be created then the specific file should be flashed ??
