I have a customer that is having some issues with the EVK boards. If you could help address some of their pain points below, that would be very helpful.
You put pull-up resistors on M.2 slot on W_DISABLE pins. That creates a problem on a lot of 3rd party Wi-Fi ICs as they have boot straps on the radio IC and these W_DISABLE pull ups, cause incorrect state to be latched in. Overwriting them in software is a lot of trouble, and not trivial, a lot of users cannot pull it off. This is an issue with all EVK boards.
I have problems connecting M.2 Wi-Fi radios to AM62A7, they enumerate but do not communicate over SDIO, it seems like SDIO interrupt ignored or DMA not working. Everything works well on AM625 but not on AM62A7. I do not know what to do with this, it seems like a CPU issue at this point.
