Which platform is this? The h264 codec on DM816x platform supports the de-blocking filter. It is provided with an extended dynamic parameter named "deblockFilterMode". You can experiment this parameter.

it's running on DM368/DM365 platform with H264 version 02.20.00.05 codec. but I can not find the "deblockFilterMode" parameter in the lib.

this issue is very easy to reproduce. point camera at office wall scene with 1080p/720p resolution, QP value 30, bit rate 2000kbps, frame rate 30fps and GOP with 30 or less, like this you can observe the block mosaic to move up and down.

I was referring to different platform & pointing to decoder. The parameter for H264 encoder on DM365 platform is "lfDisableIdc". This element is part of extended dynamic parameters. Please try by setting lfDisableIdc to zero.

Are you still facing the issue, can you send the stream and the encoder setting(API parameter). This is imprtant to understand the issue. Missed noticing this query as the initial discussion hinted it is diff platform.
