AM62A3: linux kernel and firmware using openipc

The camera capture on AM62A is compliant to V4L2 framework. The image signal processor can be accessed using Gstreamer framework. So if you can integrate the OpenIPC with V4L2 framework and Gstreamer framework, you have a good chance to make your system work on AM62A.

I am working on building the OpenIPC firmware and Linux kernel. On the OpenIPC website, I see that the TI DM36x device is available. Could you provide guidance on the steps to follow or share any relevant documentation that would be helpful?

I have cloned the following Git repositories for the firmware and Linux kernel.

firmware:- https://github.com/OpenIPC/firmware.git

kernel:- https://github.com/OpenIPC/linux.git

I have worked on a few OS builds using Yocto before, but I'm a bit confused about whether I should build the OpenIPC firmware and Linux kernel for the DM36x from the repositories I cloned or use the Processor SDK Linux for AM62Ax and follow its steps to build the kernel.
