Can they clarify where they are seeing it is a 256-pin BGA?

The product page clearly states that it is a 176-pin HLQFP

 The IBIS model sprm389b is on the same product page.

Could you please elaborate the issues you are seeing.

Hi,

The file name is c6745b_ptp.ibs for HLQFP, but when you open the file, [pin] is the BGA pin number: B4, L2, C5....
There are more than 250 pins.
