Hello Donovan,
Can you elaborate on what you mean with
Test Vector code
?
is there an SDK version in Rust programming language?
No, There is no plan to support this programming language at this time.

JTAG test vectors which is a sequence of data patterns applied through the JTAG interface to test the functionality of a circuit. The Serial Vector Format was developed as a way of representing JTAG test patterns.
An IBIS file is a part of it and my understanding is useful for PC-board design for signal integrity and timing analysis. But I need the BSL or BSDL file that describes how the AM574 uses JTAG for boundary scan testing as well as a test vector file to test. The test vector file is also called a Serial Vector Format (SVF) file.
Sorry - I linked to wrong file: BSDL Link: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sprm633
Both are available on AM5728 webpage.
