Hi, Dear Expert

Customer's board boot failed.

error log as below

This is base on SD-BOOT.

What's possible reason caused "error reading cluster" & "spl_load_image_fat failed"? 

I think this error happens in tiboot3.bin, isn't?

Need debug suggestion

    The issue is that tispl.bin is not coming up.

    Can you help me with a couple of questons:

    • Are you using a custom board or TI EVM.
    • Which linux SDK(version) are you using?
    • What are the boot switch settings ?
    • Are you using the prebuilt binaries?
    • What are the steps you followed to copy to SD CARD
