dm6437 h264 encoder with ti logo

hi,

I am using DM6437, when I run the h264 codec demo, I found there's ti Logo on the video. Could you please tell me if it's because of the version of the codec or TI does not provide free version of codec for dm6437? thanks!

TI provides to two flavours of codec. 1) Evaluation version and 2) Production version.

Evaluation version by default embedds TI logo in the videos., where as production ones doesnt.

Looks like the version you are using is Evaluation version or build and hence seeing the TI log in the video.

hello venugopala,

DO you mean, I have to pay the license for production version of the codec? Ti does not provide free version for dm6437??
