How to get compile the u-boot_uart_ais.bin for omapl138 with DDR2(not mddr).

where to get the source. How to compile ,

which values needed to be given for DDR 2 registers using AIS gen tool...

Please do not refer any site for steps... as i could not get to the solution.

please show the link for source. Any body please explain the steps in detail to get the u-boot_uart_ais.bin from the scrap using serial flasher source file..

    Which platform are we talking about?  Is there some documentation online that you found that mentions the u-boot_uart_ais.bin file? Could you point us to it so we have some more context for what you are trying to do?

    For the DDR2 settings, this will depend on your platform (what memory type and what memory speeds).
