used in netra evm is obsolete.

What will be replacement for this component.

Whilst this is a pre-biased transistor, there is not actually any need for pre-biasing, so pretty much any transistor will be OK.

Hello,

Here is some more information from the EVM manufacturer:

The DTD143TK should be a close substitute. It is slightly larger, but should fit on the current q8,q10 footprint. In the case of the Netra EVM a simple npn transistor should work fine too, such as a 3906.

3906 is a PNP transistor. 2N3904 is an NPN General Purpose Tr.
