AM625: Evaluation Kit Options

Hi,

I want to know what all development/evaluation kits are offered based on the AM625 platform. Also mention the exact part number of the processor in each development kit.

There are multiple System on Module also available for this processor. I want to understand the use-case and where that can be used?

    Please help me understand your SOC Requirements . It will be great to know what's your End Equipment.

    what's the Motivation to look at SOM Options, what's the Volume of your project.

    Hi Anshu,

    The requirements are high temperature, low power and evaluation of DDR4, CANFD, Ethernet and booting from NOR or parallel NAND (GPMC) and other interfaces. But we want to compare all evaluation kits available for this platform to take an informed decision.

    Your question is still quite broad. Lets narrow down.

    have you decided the SOC Family ,  Is AM625 the SOC Family of Choice?

    My question was specifically what's your end equipment. what features of AM625 Family  made you choose AM625 or alternatively please tell me your End equipment requirements i will help you narrow down on the SOC Family .

    once you choose the right SOC Family we can help you choose the SOC Variant.

    The EVM's are common for the SOC Family. They are always populated with the Superset part of the family. The superset part can be configured to the variant of your choice so that you can do your development.
