both:

MSP‑EXP430F5529LP

and

TM4C1295XL

are not listed in the hardware support of code composer studio

Are they obsolete? (but at least the tiva is still available in stock)

MSP430F5529 is supported by current CCS version.

TM4C1294XL is supported by current CCS versions but there are some issues with TivaWare projects. The upcoming CCS 20.1.0 release will resolve those.

It's probably an oversight by whomever maintains that list.

That list actually looks like a subset. CCS supports many more launchpads/boards than listed.
