AM625: How to make bootable Falcon SD Card

May we get more detail? Sorry if it is a basic question.

1. To make falcon boot, we need only tiboot3.bin and tispl-falcon.bin (about 20MB) place on boot partition of SD Card?

2. How to make this boot partition (also its size) of SD Card? Thanks.

Yes this is correct.

If you already have a default image on SD card, then replacing the boot partition binaries should be sufficient.
