    I am not sure I understand.

    By [Reset value], do you mean the default value of the register bits when power is applied, before the registers have been written into?

    Most registers I am aware of list that information in the chapter 14 of the Technical Reference Manual (TRM) "Registers", under the Register Field Description "Reset".
