I am reading the table 5-80 connectivity requirements from the datasheet and focusing on the DDR0_xxx balls names.
Our interface is designed for LPDDR4 and this makes a lot of those balls (such as DDR0_A13, DDR0_CAS, DDR0_WE, a.s.o...) without any purpose for LPDDR4.
All are defined as outputs (ref table 5-1)
The connection requirement is to NOT LEAVE UNCONNECTED those balls.
In the other hand when reading "spracu1" document those connections to LPDDR4 are "NC"
==> Do you confirm that the datasheet connectivity requirement remains true even for output signals ?
