We are trying to replace the old chip SC28L198 to xr16v654, howevery we meet below issue print out. could you help us to figure this problem.
by the way, I try to write value into LCR registor(set 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity) and read back, it has no change. I guess this maybe some hardwaer issue. need you suggestion.
