What do you mean exactly by "can do ISP"?

AM67A VPAC (ISP) does not specify the type of DDR.
I suppose any limitation of DDR type is for AM67A rather than for VPAC.

Hi Isee,

I am not sure if I understand your question.
Do you mean you intend to use another type of DDR rather than LPDDR4 with AM67A?

AM67A (or AM62A) won't work without DDR.
VPAC (ISP) needs DDR for storing its output images and parameters.
