I find the part number TMS320C6474FGUN is active, but I cann't find what's the "F" meaning, there only have below information in datasheet, TKS

You have found something that should be corrected in the datasheet. The "F" is the silicon revision. The positions of the package type and silicon revision in the Figure 2-11 you cite is incorrect.

I will escalate this to the proper group for correction in a future revision of the datasheet.
