My customer is evaluating AM3874 EVM( It is from mistral) with Windows compact 7.
From hardware user guide of Mistral, I found the Cortex-A8 core works with 720MHz clock. Also I think SGX clock is 250MHz for A8 720MHz running.
And DDR memory clock is 400MHz. I think this combination doesn't change under Windows compact7. Is my understanding right?
Also I would like to know the DDR memory bus width on the EVM. There are two DDR module(32bit x 2) on EVM. Does this bus width of memory access change by
depending application? For example, 3D application is used 64bit bus width? Integer calculating is used 32bit bus width?
Customer uses unique benchmark software for evaluating AM3874 performance. So they would like to know the clock speed and memory access bus size.
