On AM62L EVK User Guide, the uart-to -usb port it mentioned uart4, I am not sure what's the pin number of the RX and TX?

Please download the schematic of the AM62L.

In this schematic you will find all the details about pin details.

M22 and M23 pins are connected to UART 4 on the EVm

In order for SOC UART4 to work, from RTOS SDK besides

and initialize the pinmux, anything else I need to do?

Before the UART initializations, we need to do Pin Mux and Clock enable is fine.
