SK-TDA4VM: TI board is not booting now.

Tool/software:

I already asked about this issue on Feb 14, 2025. However, I have not received a solution yet. I would like to ask you to check again.

TDA4VM (purched in November last year) is not booting now.

Please help me how to fix it and let me know what your AS policy is for this board issue.

I checked the following:

· Changed the power adapter

· Checked the power supply till reset button via multi-meter. voltage is coming proper till reset button.

· Changed the SD card (OS image) which is working in other TI board. But not booting

· Checked with UART log (No logs. There are no logs on the WKUP_UART as well.)

· Checked that the boot mode switch was set properly compared to a normally operating board

    Hi,

    First of all we apologise for the long time to respond on this. 

    I am looping in our board design experts to check on this.

    There's an already existing E2E with more details. We would like to continue on that thread and close this one as this is a duplicate.
