The customer is using TDA2SXBTQABCRQ1 for millimeter wave traffic radar applications. During the testing process, the following issues occurred. Please help analyze the reasons.
1. File System Issues：
a. There are intermittent content errors when reading files.
b. The problem of clearing the contents of the same level directory when creating a new folder;
We used the system's built-in file system (R011) and ported the f_mkdir function from version R015. However, when generating the path, the function repeatedly executes without a loop, resulting in path errors; Replace the file system from R011 to R015, but the problem still persists. After replacing the file system, it is possible to create a new folder normally. However, when writing logs, closing the file may cause garbled characters to appear in the written file.
2. Network Issues：
a. In the radar installed by the customer, there is a problem where the radar network cannot start when the radar software is restarted. Using a power-off restart or unplugging the network cable after restarting will restore the radar network to normal. After replacing the radar, the problem still exists; On site environment: Radar network cable over 100m. Radar power supply of over 100m.Suspected issue, possibly caused by excessively long network cables or power cords leading to network instability. Please help analyze the cause.
b. When the radar TCP client connects to the upper computer server, if the server disconnects abnormally (such as software crashes), causing network abnormalities, the radar cannot be connected again, but the network can be pinged;
c. Directly modifying the computer IP while the radar client is connected to the upper computer will result in abnormal FF data packets being sent by the radar data.
d. In the connected state, repeatedly plugging and unplugging the network cable will result in the inability to connect.
e. Connecting to a 100Mbps router will cause it to fail and get stuck in the second network IP initialization state.
f. After running for a long time, the server cannot receive any data after connecting to the radar, but can ping.
