Hi Support Team,

In the latest AM62A datasheet: 10 Revision History, there is the following description,
is it correct that this is a typo for “Power-Down Sequence”?

  • I'm not sure what you are asking. TI has always expected all power rails to decay below 300mV before initiating a new power-up sequence. A new note was added to clarify the requirement.

    Regards,
    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

    Thank you for your reply.
I understood that the same notes are listed in both the power-up sequence and power-down sequence section.
    Appreciate your help.

    Best Regards,
    Kanae

  • Yes, I placed the note in both sections because it applies to both power-up and power-down. The power-up sequence should not begin until all power rails are below 300mV, and the power-down sequence is not complete until all power rails are below 300mV.

    Regards,
    Paul
