Erase flash using flashburn on C6713B board

Hi,
  all.
  I am doing my project with TMS320C6713B. I connected a 2MB flash to the EMIF. But when I using the FlashBurn to erase the flash at the first time, the erase progress bar displays from 0% to 100% time and time again, when I click the 'Abort', erase processing stops, but the flash hasn't been erased when using the 'Show memory'.
  What's wrong?
