Tool/software:
The new CCS version 20.1.0.6 was installed and the error generated when import the example project
The CCS was installed in : D:\ti\ccs2010
GNU Compiler installed in : D:\ti\gcc-arm-9.2-2019.12-mingw-w64-i686-aarch64-none-elf
and D:\ti\gcc-arm-none-eabi-7-2017-q4-major-win32
Also in the Environment Variables, PATH also included the above GNU Compiler links
Do I have to create another Environment variable for GNU ?
So what seems to be a problem ?

Please make sure you have added the path of compiler correctly in the CCS.
Navigate to File -> Preferences -> Code Composer Studio -> General -> Compilers. Add the absolute path of the compiler. Save the settings and try to re-import the project.

Still no avail ! It always recognize the 32-bit GNU compiler and not 64-bit compiler. See the image
I can't seem to reproduce the issue. I have both 32 and 64 bit versions of 9.2.1 successfully detected on my D drive:

Please note that it won't be any different even if I install the tools (CCS, GNU compilers) in C: drive (C:/TI). The problem persists.
It looks like bunch of tools has 0B. Don't know why. Will file way to unzip individual files here to see what happens
