CCSTUDIO: Can't create new CCS project of 20.0.2

For MSP430 the mode demo code do not have the CCS project, so it will need to create a CCS project in the CCS,  that is fine in Eclipse version. For the latest CCS20, when you try to create a new project you must to install MSP430WARE, that Ok to me , but I try more than 10 times, restart the CCS, restart PC and using TI's network in TI's office, both failed!

Any one can give me a reason for that?

Could you help to modify the process in CCS to create a new project not must to install MSP430WARE?
