You can find the list of all the PHY devices supported by AM62x MCU+ SDK on this page - Using Ethphy devices supported out-of-box

The corresponding PHY drivers are available in the SDK at <mcu_plus_sdk_am62x>\source\board\ethphy\enet\rtos_drivers\src
