Davinci DM357:Unable to mount root fs via NFS, trying floppy and Unable to get nfsd port number from server, using default

Hi All

i have installed ubuntu11,10 with ext4(filesystem is saported )

Please give help ............

I am planing to load the kernel & file system so i faced so many prob .......

PROB-1:
