AM6442: AM64x OTP Keywriter unknown debug response codes

Part Number: AM6442

Tool/software:

I am running the OTP Keywriter on a development kit with an AM64x processor. I am using OTP Keywriter version 10.00.08 and MCU plus SDK version 10.00.00.20.

I am attempting to program the SMPK and BMPK fields and am receiving a debug response that I am unable to interpret. I am successfully able to program the JTAG Disable and MSV field. I am also able to tell that my SMPK and BMPK hashes are parsed as expected.

I have been receiving the following debug responses: 0x10000 and 0x800 on the SMPKH part 1 and BMPKH part 1 field respectively.

I cannot find any information on those debug responses received in this documentation I have been referencing to interpret the debug response codes: https://software-dl.ti.com/tisci/esd/latest/2_tisci_msgs/security/keywriter.html#otp-key-writer-error-code.

Can anyone assist on what the problem may be? Attached is an m3 log when trying to program both BMPK and SMPK fields (actual hash removed for succinctness):
